I can take 1-14 days to do an illustration or low poly commission and more less 2 months for high poly commission.

Prices are subject to change at times

I have the right to refuse your commission if it is out of my capabilities.

Rush fees are applicable: can be requested or slightly negotiated, depending on the details/complexity. Anything under 2 weeks considers a rush fee for Illustration or low poly 3D and under 2 months for high poly 3D. [weekend not included]

Character that has no visual reference will be have an additional fee 15-30+$ (Or more depending on details/complexity)

Props, background, pets will have fees depending on request.

The file will be sent as .PNG, non-transparent.

Transparent count as commercial use fees.

DO NOT claim, copy, trace, or steal the illustration

DO NOT use/feed to AI or NFT. NEVER. I reserve the right to decline and report.

If requested for the PSD File there are 250% fees from the base quote price (already input for Commercial use)

The File will be sent as PNG, GIF, and MP4 for turn around and animation.

If requested for the files there are 300 fees from the base quote price (already input for Commercial use)

As for figure making, currently I cannot make one yet or cut the model into a garage kit figure like. I recommend you hire someone to do it or do it yourself.

It's free, if still on sketch progress for illustration and rough ideas in 3D. If it's already in line art, base color, rendering process, no major changes can be made. After that it will be 5-10$ per revision. Unless it was my mistake.

I'll try my best to inform you if something happens to me and please contact me if I missed the deadline if I don’t give you any information, there is a chance I cannot inform you due to health/RL Event.

Commission only can be used as personal use only. If you want to use it as freebies (such as name/work card credit me by text and make it the same size as your social media font size) please don’t remove/cut my watermark in the end process.

You may use the commission piece as PFP, icon, banner, stream schedules, character reference, show in slide show for fanart showcase, etc for personal use commission as long proper credit is given and if you're the commissioner. Feel free to tag me directly.

Commercial use (Streaming/Content Use) art has pricing which is an additional 100%. As for merch production, contact me for further discussion.

I will only provide transparent files to monetized/commercially payment, to a fear if there a client will take advantage of the personal use payment and work to sell merchandise and break my TOS and trust. I hope for you consideration and understanding.

I have right to refuse a commission, for personal reasons

As for posting them on my social media (X/twitter, youtube post, tumbler, cara, and Instagram: Denishdrws), please state if you don’t want to be tagged when I post the commission piece and when I can post them if it's a surprise.

No, I will not remove the commission watermark on the piece, despite you willingly paying me to remove it.

I currently cannot accept refunds, due to financial reasons.

I will only provide refunds to projects that I won't be able to finish due to personal/ technical and client problems.

If progress has been made (Sketch,line art,etc) a 100% Refund will not be possible.
